At REV, we get that everyone has their unique focus areas—maybe you’re chasing that first pull-up, while someone else is perfecting their squat form. That’s exactly why we offer open gym sessions on weekends. Though we’ll have daily Metcons ready, you have the freedom to join in or concentrate on your personal goals. And don’t worry, our coaches are always on hand to assist with anything you need during these times!
We offer a sweat intro and a no-sweat intro, We want your first experience to be on YOUR terms. Want to try a class? Lets do it! Want just a tour and overview of how we run? We have that for you as well!

No! If that was the case we’d have ZERO members. Every class is lead by a coach who is there to help you every step of the way. Every workout is adaptable to ALL skill levels and ages. We can have a CrossFit games athlete and your 100 year old woman in the same exact class. Don’t believe us? come see for yourself!
We are a coach led structured gym with the workouts already planned for you! This means that you just come in for your hour class, workout, hangout and don’t stress about anything else! We also are a close community of people so while you’re also changing your life physically you will make friends who have the same goals in mind!
We have open gym times on the weekends for this purpose. We do understand that every athlete has different things they need to work on. We do ask that during class times you are not doing your own workout due to space constraints.
Nope. We meet everyone exactly where they are at. Whether you’ve never worked out a day in your life or you’re a seasoned athlete or gym rat we believe we will be able to just help you reach your goals. We’ve personally worked with athletes who just want to be able to get on the ground and get back up and then others who are chasing after high competition goals. We welcome ALL who just want to live a healthy lifestyle.
We recommend you give it another go at REV. One thing we take very seriously is injury prevention. We also purchase professional programming that is very specific to not overtrain you so that we can prevent injuries. Let us change your perception of what CrossFit is!
Yourself! Also dress in athletic attire and bring water if you’d like. We have a refillable water station along with water bottles for sell if you need one!
Comfortable athletic attire, whatever that means to you! Please wear shoes that you can run, jump and do fitness in.
For beginners we recommend 2-3 days a week. End goal is it get you up to 5 days a week. It may take a while for your body to get use to training at this intensity and we want to respect that. The coach of your preferred class time should be able to put together a weekly plan of how often you should be working out and at what intensity.

YEP! We have coaches on hand that can help you modify workouts to protect you from further injury or even help with the rehabilitation of your injury. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.
At CrossFit REV we do fitness really well and we know that eating well is apart of your success. That’s why we’ve partnered with several experienced nutritionists in the area to offer you a comprehensive wellness package tailored to your needs. We prioritize connecting our members with the top professionals in each field, which is why we recommend personalized food coaching with our trusted nutritionists for in-depth guidance. However, our coaches are always available to offer general tips and advice on nutrition at no extra cost.
