His dedication to the sport has driven him to immerse himself in learning all aspects of functional fitness. Shawn is passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness while pursuing the Lord first and glorifying him in all things,.

Tori began her CrossFit journey in November 2021 after finishing her college basketball career and seeking a new challenge. CrossFit reignited her love for competition, brought back a sense of community, and strengthened her passion for health and fitness. Now, as a coach and co-owner of CrossFit Rev, Tori is dedicated to helping others discover the life-changing impact that CrossFit can have on both body and mind all while helping you grow your relationship with the Lord!

JUSTIN SHADEL

Justin began coaching in October 2022 and joined the CrossFit Rev team in June 2024. He has a passion for teaching the fundamentals of functional fitness, ensuring that athletes build a strong foundation for success. Justin loves helping members improve their skills, technique, and confidence, making sure they get the most out of every workout.

EMILY SHADEL

Emily began coaching in October 2022 and joined the CrossFit Rev team in June 2024. She discovered her passion for fitness through CrossFit and quickly became exceptional at teaching Olympic lifts. Known as the "Double Under Queen," Emily’s mastery of jump rope skills is second to none. Her coaching style pushes athletes to reach their full potential, helping them improve both technique and performance with every session.

With over 10 years of CrossFit experience and two years of coaching under her belt, Coach Nadine brings a deep well of knowledge, skill, and passion to our team. Her presence in the gym is nothing short of inspiring—her Olympic lifting technique is a thing of beauty, and her gymnastics skills are just as impressive. Nadine leads by example, showing athletes what’s possible through dedication and consistency. Whether you're brand new to CrossFit or chasing competitive goals, her coaching style will challenge and motivate you to become your best self.

Coach Jessica has a true gift when it comes to working with kids, and it shines through in every KidFit class she leads. With a natural ability to connect with young athletes, she creates an environment that's both fun and educational—where kids are excited to learn, move, and grow. Jessica brings energy, patience, and creativity to every session, making fitness feel like play while still building strong foundations in movement and body awareness. Her passion for helping kids build confidence and healthy habits makes her an irreplaceable part of our team.

With 4 years of CrossFit experience and a true passion for the sport, Coach Wesley has been part of CrossFit Rev since day one as a founding member. His love for the competitive side of CrossFit drives the energy he brings to every class, constantly pushing both himself and those around him to improve.

Wesley is dedicated to helping athletes achieve their goals—whether that’s stepping onto the competition floor or simply becoming stronger and more confident in their fitness. His coaching style challenges you to level up while providing the support you need to succeed.

With over 10 years of CrossFit experience, Coach Alissa brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the CrossFit Rev team. Having previously coached at her gym in California, she’s no stranger to leading athletes and helping them unlock their full potential—and we’re incredibly lucky to have her.

Alissa is a true CrossFit nerd in the best way. She loves breaking down workouts, building smart strategies, and helping athletes approach each session with intention. Whether it’s pacing, movement efficiency, or game planning, she’s always ready to help you get the most out of your training. And while she may be humble about it, she’s also a proud Masters athlete who leads by example every single day.
