Join us right after the new year for our 8 week KidFit program! Get your kids moving and building healthy habits with our fun and engaging Kid Fit program at CrossFit Rev. Designed for ages 4 and up, this 8-week program focuses on body awareness, strength, and athletic development in a supportive environment. We offer 3 levels to ensure your child receives the best training for their needs and goals. During the first class, each child will be evaluated to determine which level best fits them.
Only 8 level 1 spots & 20 level 2 & 3 spots are available for this winter season, so don’t wait to sign up!
IF YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO OUR PROGRAM:
- 9 and under please sign up for Level 1
- 10 and older please sign up for level 2
- they will be evaluated during the first class and may be moved up or down according to skill level

$85 FOR 8 WEEKS
Goal: Body Awareness & Fundamentals
In Level 1, kids will engage in fun, interactive exercises that enhance body awareness, coordination, and mobility. This program introduces them to simple exercise fundamentals, helping build confidence and develop healthy fitness habits. At the end of the 8-week program, on Saturday, March 15th, kids will showcase their new skills in a fun, supportive exhibition. Parents, friends, and family are all welcome to attend!

$150 FOR 8 WEEKS
Goal: Low Weight-Bearing Exercises
Level 2 introduces low weight-bearing exercises, providing a bridge between basic movement and more advanced fitness. This stage encourages proper technique and strengthens coordination while giving kids the confidence to lift and move with purpose. At the end of the 8-week program on Saturday, March 15th, Level 2 participants will join the exhibition, showcasing their progress for all to see.

$195 FOR 8 WEEKS
Goal: Strength, Speed & Endurance
Level 3 is designed to enhance athletic performance by focusing on strength, speed, and endurance. Young athletes will train with more intensity, learning how to push their limits while maintaining a strong mental and physical mindset. On Saturday, March 15th, Level 3 participants will demonstrate their skills in a competition-style setting during the exhibition event, inviting friends and family to cheer them on!
