SPRING KIDFIT SIGN-UPS ARE LIVE!

Our 8-week KidFit program starts April 13th, 2026 at CrossFit REV!


Get your kids moving, growing, and thriving with a program designed to strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds, and build a strong foundation of faith.

 

Our fun and engaging KidFit program is built for ages 5 and up and focuses on body awareness, strength, athletic development, and character growth in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. We offer 3 progressive levels to ensure each child receives the right training for their current abilities and goals. On the first day, each athlete will be evaluated to determine the best level for them.

 

We will have 10 spots available for Level 1, 12 spots for Level 2 & 8 spots for Level 3 this winter—don’t wait to sign up!

 

IF YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO OUR PROGRAM:
– Ages 8 and under: please sign up for Level 1

– Ages 9–12: please sign up for Level 2

– Ages 13 and up: please sign up for Level 3

All new athletes will be evaluated on day one and may be moved up or down based on skill level.

LEVEL
ONE

$110 FOR 8 WEEKS

Goal: Body Awareness & Fundamentals


In Level 1, kids will engage in fun, interactive exercises that improve body awareness, coordination, and mobility. This level introduces foundational movement patterns in a playful, encouraging environment that builds confidence and begins to instill lifelong healthy habits—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

At the end of the 8-week program, Level 1 athletes will participate in our KidFit Exhibition—an opportunity to showcase their growth, effort, and progress in front of family and friends.

 

Schedule:

  • REQUIRED parents info meeting Saturday, April 11th.
  • first class Tuesday, April 14th.
  • classes ongoing every Tuesday night at 6:45PM.
  • season ending competition at Saddle Up CrossFit on Saturday, June 13th. NOT REQUIRED. (will be discussed at the parent info meeting on Saturday, April 11th).

LEVEL
TWO

$200 FOR 8 WEEKS
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY(s)

Goal: Low Weight-Bearing Exercises

 

In Level 2, kids begin to explore low weight-bearing exercises, creating a strong bridge between foundational movements and more advanced fitness. This stage emphasizes proper technique, coordination, and body control—helping athletes move with intention, build confidence, and grow in discipline.

We also encourage mental focus and faith-based encouragement as they begin to take on more challenges in the gym. At the end of the 8-week program, Level 2 athletes will participate in our KidFit Exhibition—an opportunity to showcase their growth, effort, and progress in front of family and friends.

THREE

Goal: Strength, Speed & Endurance

 

In Level 3, young athletes will elevate their training with a focus on strength, speed, and endurance. This level is designed to enhance overall athletic performance through more intense workouts that challenge them physically and mentally, while also encouraging spiritual growth and perseverance.

Athletes will learn how to push their limits with purpose, develop leadership skills, and maintain discipline in and out of the gym. Level 3 participants will put their training to the test by participating in a CrossFit competition at the end of the season.
